Travis Kekoa Wailehua was born and raised in Nānākuli, O'ahu, where he developed a deep connection to his community and the spirit of Hawai'i. A proud graduate of Kamehameha Schools, Travis gained values and skills that he carries with him in every venture. His commitment to Hawaiian values, respect for the land, and dedication to service are foundational elements in his personal and professional life.

A devoted family man, Travis is blessed with a beautiful wife and three daughters. Embracing his role as a “girl dad,” he is dedicated to raising strong, resilient women who will lead Hawai'i into the future. His commitment to family guides his decisions, from his work to his involvement in the community, and fuels his passion for building a lasting legacy for Hawai'i’s next generation.

Travis initially found success as a restaurant owner, where he ran a thriving business for over a decade. In 2010, however, he decided to shift his focus to real estate development, driven by the desire for greater time freedom and more alignment with his family and personal passions. Travis began honing his skills in real estate, becoming a master of ground-up development by 2015. His deep knowledge and hands-on experience eventually led him to start investing in properties on his own, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

In 2021, Travis founded Expert Property Buyers, a leading real estate acquisition and development agency specializing in property acquisition, wholesale, and fix-and-flip deals across Hawai'i. With over 500 successful deals since the company’s inception, Travis and his team have cemented their reputation as experts in the Hawai'i real estate market. Known as Hawai'i's top real estate mentor, Travis has helped over 100 local students achieve their real estate goals, making him a trusted guide for aspiring investors and developers in his community.

Travis’s dedication to real estate mentorship is inspired by his vision of “creating legacy builders in Hawai'i.” He is driven by a commitment to help local families achieve financial stability and remain rooted in Hawai'i, despite economic challenges and rising costs. Through his work, Travis not only provides affordable, high-quality housing for local families but also inspires others to see real estate as a pathway to financial peace of mind.
