What is the structure of the course?The Island Flipper course is 4 weeks total. Each week will consist of one class, on Tuesday from 5:00-7:30 HST. There will be 1 in-person classes on the fourth Saturday of the 4 week course.

Are there are any homework assignments?Yes. The homework assignments serve the purpose of ensuring students are applying the class lecture and material. Proper application of the material ensures success.

Who is the Island Flipper Course for?If you are looking to wholesale and/or fix & flip in Hawaii, the Island Flipper Course is designed for you. It is suitable for complete beginners with no prior knowledge/experience in the real estate investing space. The course is also suitable for current investors looking to expand their knowledge and skills in the space.

How are the live virtual sessions conducted?The live virtual sessions will be conducted via video conference platform (zoom), where students and the instructor will interact during the course curriculum. Students will receive a scheduling outlining the dates and times of the sessions. During these sessions, coaches will deliver topic specific material and answer questions from our students in real-time.

Will I have access to course material outside of LIVE sessions?Yes, students will have access to course materials such as presentation slides, scripts, deal analyzation calculator, contracts, templates, and additional resources compiled in our class Google Drive. These materials will be available and accessible throughout the duration of the course for review & reference.

Will there be opportunities for interaction and networking with instructors & other students?Absolutely! The LIVE virtual format allows for interactive sessions where students can ask questions, engage in discussions, and share insights with both Travis and fellow students. Additionally, students will have access to a Facebook group where they can connect with others in the course.

Can I receive personalized feedback on my fix & flip project ideas?Yes, students will have opportunities to receive personalized feedback and guidance from Travis on their real estate journey. During LIVE sessions and through designated feedback channels, instructors will provide insights and recommendations tailored to each student's specific needs and projects.

What technical requirements are needed to participate in the LIVE virtual sessions?Students will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with good quality internet access to join the LIVE virtual sessions. We encourage a quality device with good microphone & video for best interaction for the sessions.

What happens if I miss a LIVE session?Recordings of the LIVE sessions will be made available to students for later viewing. Even if a student misses a session, he/she will have access to the content to catch up at their own convenience. However, active students in sessions are encouraged to be present and maximize the learning during class.
