The Island Flipper course is 4 weeks total. Each week will consist of one class, on Tuesday from 5:00-7:30 HST. There will be 1 in-person classes on the fourth Saturday of the 4 week course.

Yes, students will have access to course materials such as presentation slides, scripts, deal analyzation calculator, contracts, templates, and additional resources compiled in our class Google Drive. These materials will be available and accessible throughout the duration of the course for review & reference.

Absolutely! The LIVE virtual format allows for interactive sessions where students can ask questions, engage in discussions, and share insights with both Travis and fellow students. Additionally, students will have access to a Facebook group where they can connect with others in the course.

Yes, students will have opportunities to receive personalized feedback and guidance from Travis on their real estate journey. During LIVE sessions and through designated feedback channels, instructors will provide insights and recommendations tailored to each student's specific needs and projects.

Students will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with good quality internet access to join the LIVE virtual sessions. We encourage a quality device with good microphone & video for best interaction for the sessions.

Recordings of the LIVE sessions will be made available to students for later viewing. Even if a student misses a session, he/she will have access to the content to catch up at their own convenience. However, active students in sessions are encouraged to be present and maximize the learning during class.
